We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You may inspect the item to assess it. Please handle it with care and return it with its tags and original packaging if you still have them. Handling the item more than necessary to inspect it may affect the amount refunded.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns for customers in the European Union
If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
